Photography isn't a chore. Stop being listed next to one.
A gig-economy app for hourly tasks — furniture assembly, moving, cleaning, errands. Not designed for creative bookings, portfolios, or multi-hour shoots with deliverables. You can do better — and keep more of what you earn — on a platform that was built for Florida photography.
Every booking through TaskRabbit costs you 15% off the top
A $1,200 day-rate shoot becomes a $1,020 take-home — and your portfolio doesn’t even show up on the platform.
Keep 100% of what you charge.
Figures are public pricing references for TaskRabbit current as of 2026-05 and vary by market — verify on their pricing page before quoting.
What working photographers tell us about TaskRabbit
These are the structural problems with the model — not bad luck, not one bad month.
TaskRabbit isn't a photography platform — there's no portfolio surface, no specialty filtering, no booking flow that respects shoot logistics.
Listed as a "Tasker" alongside furniture movers and house cleaners — your craft is framed as a chore.
TaskRabbit takes 15% of every booking on top of treating photography as hourly labor.
No way to surface your wedding, event, or commercial work — clients arrive expecting cheap hourly snaps.
